Wiley’s Innovation & Strategy Director, Brandon Miller, presented virtually at the fourth in the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology Ltd (AIFST)’s “Innovate to Survive” Masterclass series for the food industry, which took place in Melbourne, at the William Angliss Institute on the 20th October.
